We have been in business for 9 years and set up this company in 2010. We specialise in managing and overseeing cleaners. We use our experience and knowledge to constantly improve our service and make sure that we retain our clients.
We pride ourselves on providing a high quality cleaning service to each and every client we take on, so we have a rigorous selection and training process when we take on new cleaners. On average, out of about 130 applicants, we'll invite 2 on a training day, and take on 1 of them, ensuring they are the best and meet our high standards. Every three to four months, we hold regular training days which are compulsory for all of our cleaners to attend. The training they receive is based on feedback that we receive from our clients, which we actively encourage our clients to send.
We perform regular spot checks and regular quality checks, to make sure that our cleaners are providing clients with the level of service that we expect. If there is ever an issue with a particular cleaner, we are quick to act on client feedback and correct the issue or replace the cleaner with someone else.
Because we're a business, rather than freelance cleaners, our skill lies in co-ordinating professional cleaners and ensuring that you get the service you've paid for.
