Cleaners pass a rigorous selection and training process to join our team, we then perform regular spot checks and quality checks, to ensure that our cleaners are providing customers with the level of service that we expect. Every three to four months, we hold regular training days. The training our cleaners receive is based on feedback from customers which we actively encourage.
